Day 1
 

Brisbane – Sydney - Osaka
Meet with your English guide, travel to hotel.

 
Day 2: Kyoto

Morning free time

Sightseeing in Kyoto
Afternoon sightseeing of the city, visiting Kinkakuji Temple (Golden Pavilion) and Kiyomizu temple. Stroll from Kodai-ji temple to Ninenzaka and Sannenzaka.

 
Day 3: Kyoto

Uzumasa Samurai village - experience wearing a traditional Kimono
     
Visit an authentic Samurai Village, learn about life in Japan before contact with western cultures. Dress in traditional costume to enhance the experience.

 
Day 4: Kyoto - Hiroshima
 

Breakfast at the hotel
Free time till around 2 o’clock

Catch the bullet train to Hiroshima.
Check into the hotel and have dinner at the Iron Chef renowned Chinese Ching restaurant.

 
Day 5: Itsukushima - Hiroshima

Boat to Itsukushima.

Travel to Unesco world heritage site - the shrine that stands in the sea - a renowned tourist attraction.  The main shrine has red pillars and white walls, along with the symbol of Miyajima, the O-torii Gate in the sea. Lunch at a local restaurant. After lunch you'll catch a boat to the Hiroshima Peace park.

 
Day 6: HiroshimaKurashikiOsaka
 

Breakfast at hotel, transport to Kurashiki, an area of 85 storehouses built between the 18th and 19th centuries that preserve traces of those old days. It has much of interest to offer the visitor with it is old dwelling houses and warehouses the willow – fringed canals and stone bridges.

Lunch at a local restaurant, then transport to Osaka. Check into hotel and relax.

Dinner at the famous Sushi train - all the fresh food you can eat!

 
Day 7: Osaka
 

Breakfast at the hotel

Visit the Osaka castle which contains a lawn-covered park with waterways and beautiful gardens. You can choose to visit the museum
if you wish.

Day 8: Osaka
 

Breakfast at the hotel.

Shopping at Minami -  A unique and vibrant shopping experience area. Downtown Minami is a bustling and energized tourist spot. A popular area full of modern and traditional entertainment.The Shinsaibashi is the largest shopping area in Osaka where many boutiques and specialty shops are gathered. This district has a row of large size department stores and reasonably priced shops.

Lunch - Japanese style “pancakes" – Okonomiyaki.

Travel to Kansai International airport, to catch flight back to Australia
